Description: A variety of different crystals (copper sulphate, alum, borax, Epsom salts) grown own a period of time on a canvas.
Motivation: I was looking at the process of crystallisation in caves and the formation of stalactites and stalagmites. The process used to build up the crystals on the canvas is similar to the formation of these natural formations.
