This work was inspired by the old school corsets that used be worn by women. I enjoy the fine detail that the burn marks create and although it was a hard and robust garment, the burn marks and delicacy of the materials used turn it into a delicate object.

I create textured works which glimmer through different materials, that literally suck the viewer in for a closer look. The best thing for me is to see someone moving closer and closer to look at the surface. If my works do this, then I have fulfilled my mission.
