African Art to discover up-and-coming artists and edit their personal art collections. There are plenty of reasons why a collector would want to resell artwork that have nothing to do with it being less valuable than it was when they bought it - these are works that are not lucrative enough for the big auction houses, and galleries are reluctant to touch them for fear of dampening the value of their primary market inventory.
